• Initial attempts at informal resolution through direct communication
• Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator if informal resolution fails
• Arbitration under the rules of the Australian Commercial Disputes Centre
• All proceedings shall be conducted in Sydney, New South Wales

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the courts of New South Wales.
